"Taiwan mazesoba" is a new type of ramen which consists of ramen noodles topped with green onions, seaweed, soy sauce flavored ground meat, and egg yolk. What is unique about this ramen is they don't have soup. The grand meat is well seasoned with spices, so you mix the noodles and toppings when you eat. The reason why it is called "Taiwan mazesoba" is not it is a Taiwanese dish, but the meat seasoning is similar to Taiwanese style ramen.

Menu

They have different kinds of mazesoba and also normal ramen.

Regular mazesoba is the most popular dish. The meat is spicy but rich in flavors. The egg yolk can make the mazesoba creamier and milder. Mix well before eating.

Their ramen is good too. You can enjoy the flavorful soup and nicely cooked noodles. They also have salt flavor.

Lastly...

Taiwan ramen is what people are talking about today. You shouldn't miss it when you come to Tokyo!
