You Can Only Try The Incredible Dish "Coulicious" at &éclé In Omotesando, Tokyo!

Have you ever heard of "Coulicious"? Most of you probably haven't, for it is actually a new creative dish only served at a French bistro called "&éclé" in Omotesando, Tokyo. It is a beautiful, healthy rice dish that you will surely love!

It is a kind of hidden yet popular French bistro located 5 minutes by foot from the Omotesando station. It is on the 2nd floor.

They have some private rooms and couches as well as the tables seats. You can enjoy the nice and relaxing atmosphere.

What is "coulicious"

The chef Olivier Rodriguez is a famous, talented French chef who had got a Michelin star 7 times when he worked at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Tokyo. And he is the one who invented the new dish "coulicious" after he opening his own restaurant in Omotesando.

First, you will be amazed by how beautiful the dish is. It consists of rice and a thick sauce called "coulis", which is made from pureed then strained vegetables or fruits commonly used in French dishes.

They offer nine kinds of coulicious made from carefully selected seasonal vegetables so you can enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients.
