Mugi to Olive (むぎとオリーブ) is a ramen shop located a 3-minute walk from Ginza station or an 8-minute walk from Yurakucho station. It has received Michelin's Prestigious Bib Gourmand Award three times, which made the shop very famous.

There are 15 counter seats where you can enjoy watching your ramen being made by the chef.

Time to eat the "Tori Soba"

Their popular menu is this "Tori Soba". It looks beautiful with a variety of toppings. That smell is also irresistible!

The toppings are slices of pork and chicken, nagaimo (a kind of Japanese yam), tied naruto (fish cake), chopped green onions, and seaweed.

The noodles are thin and rich in flavor of wheat. Surprisingly, they are made from 20 kinds of the selected wheat.

As for the soup, it is the mixture of the soy-based sauce and chicken broth which is made from the quality chicken cooked for 8 hours. The subtle different flavors spread in your mouth right after you have it.

Sous-vide chicken and pork are topped on the ramen. They are very tender and go well with the soup.
