Teriyaki Recipe: The Japanese Tasty Sauce!
You may have heard the word "Teriyaki" at least once before. Teriyaki is a Japanese cooking technique in which you glaze something with soy sauce, mirin, Japanese sweet sake, and sugar. This post will introduce you not only how to make Teriyaki sauce, but also how versatile the Teriyaki sauce is.
What is "Teriyaki"(照り焼き)...?
Teriyaki sauce can be basically used for anything. Japanese people often like to glaze meat, such as chicken or pork, and sometimes fish.
Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
-2 tablespoons of sake
-2 tablespoons of mirin, sweet sake
-1 tablespoon of sugar
Step2: Heat and boil down. Be careful not to scorch!

Step2: Powder both sides of the chicken.
Step3: Start grilling from the skin side in medium fire. After both side is well heated, add teriyaki sauce and boil down.

-Half of leek
Step2: Take out the leeks after they are well grilled. Grill both sides of fish slices in medium fire.
