Meat Sushi, a Special Dish From Canada??

Kinka, the Canadian restaurant specialising in Japanese cuisine opened a branch last September in Shibuya, Tokyo. Kinka is a modern dining restaurant specialising in sushi and seafood. You used to be able to have it only in Canada (Toronto and Montreal), but now you can also have it in Shibuya!! But what is meat sushi?? Instead of using fish, this restaurant uses thinly sliced pieces of seared beef sashimi.

There are many rare items to choose from on the menu; such as lobster, broiled sushi, etc.

The lobster sushi is a dish originally from Canada, and is one of Kinka's famous dish. It is sweet and fresh! Why not give it a try?
