These days, taking food shots and posting them on Instagram is so popular. When you come to Tokyo, you can find many cute and beautiful desserts. Especially there are some extremely beautiful and "Instagram-worthy" parfaits every one is crazy for. Try tasty parfaits while getting a thousand of likes on your post!

Located near Shinjuku station, this cafe offers a lot of cute and great cakes baked by pastry chefs.

Their parfait look just amazing and unique so it's really exciting to eat. Each layer, such as strawberry sauce and pistachio cream is homemade and tastes great. It has square-shaped strawberry sorbet on the top. A bit expensive (1500 yen) but worth trying.

Cafe Nakanoya (カフェ中野屋)

Cafe Nakanoya is a very popular cafe located 5 mins walk from Machida station. You have to go there at least 10:30, 30 mins earlier to the time they open, because they put your names on the list and once the list gets full (90 groups), they don't let you in.

Look as this strawberry and pistachio parfait. Have you ever seen such a beautiful art-like parfait? They also serve other parfaits like matcha, raspberry, orange, and more.

Fruit Parlour Goto (フルーツパーラーゴトー)

This is one of the most famous fruit parlour in Tokyo, located near Senso-ji, Asakusa.

Since they are specialized in fruits, their fruit parfaits are so juicy and sweet. They always offer some seasonal menus so you can eat a fruit in its best season. Parfaits are 800-1500 yen.

Cafe Tint

An adorable cafe like in the middle of the woods, located 2 mins walk from Shimokitazawa station. The interior has also cute decorations and nice atmosphere.

Have you ever had such a cute parfait before? Their parfaits have macaroons on the top but not so expensive (750 yen). They have some flavors like strawberry and matcha, also meals like omu-rice are available.

Saryo Tsujiri (茶寮都路里)

Lastly, Matcha Parfait is one of the desserts you should try in Japan. As Saryo Tsujiri use traditional uji-matcha from Kyoto and is located near Tokyo station, this place is very popular and highly recommended!

They offer a variety of matcha parfaits for around 1000 yen. They come with rich matcha ice cream and shiratama (a type of mochi) which is commonly used in Japanese desserts. Enjoy your matcha parfait in a Japanese style cafe!
