What can possibly be more summertastic than tacos, sunshine and a beautiful beach? It's like fighting fire with fire, but as the temperature rises, nothing tastes quite as good as spicy food! And although tacos are delicious all year round, that flavor palette tastes particularly good in the summer! Here are the top 5 places to grab delicious tacos!

Chiles Mexican Grill

Walking distance from Harajuku station or Meijijingu-Mae station, this Mexican restaurant is located in the heart of Shibuya and is surrounded by cute cafes and interesting shops.
Their tacos are flavorful and spicy (if that's what you ask for). The food is made by Mexicans and is authentic too! Plus, the staff is super friendly. All the more reasons to visit!
You can choose from a variety of flavors: beef, pork, chicken, chorizo, etc.
They also have great burritos!

Mucho Modern Mexicano

This restaurant is located in Marunouchi, specifically between Tokyo station, Yurakucho station and Ginza-itchome station. As the name indicates, it is a modern Mexican restaurant and so is the interior. It almost looks like a nightclub at night.
Lunch is only 1,000 YEN, and among other things you can have 3 kinds of tacos, with a marinada, a soup and a drink! For dinner, you can choose from 5 different types of tacos: beef, shrimp, chicken, pork and fish! It's a lively place with great food, give it a try!

Fonda de la Madrugada

This restaurant is also located in Shibuya, and is walking distance from Harajuku and Meijijingu-Mae station. This restaurant has a classic Mexican feel to it and even has bands coming in to play music!
They also have 4 different types of tacos to choose from and they're incredible! It's a little expensive, but it's great!

TEXMEX FACTORY

In the heart of Shibuya, this resto is walking distance from Shibuya station. The restaurant decor is very cool and modern. There is a long table at the center so it's very convivial and fun.
So the awesome part about this restaurant is that they have an all-you-can-eat option!! And if you order a la carte, tacos are 500 YEN each. They have a ton of different flavors to choose from, you should try the spicy fish! Yum!
