Choco banana is basically a chocolate covered bananas with sticks, commonly eaten at summer festivals in Japan. Its so delicious but it's not something that you can get anywhere. It's quite challenging to make the exact same choco banana at home, and you don't see choco banana at any supermarkets. That's probably why people love it so much and line up to try choco banana at summer festivals.
Milk chocolate is the standard one, but at some festivals you get to try colorful and fun choco banana!

Sometimes they have chocolate and snacks as toppings too, which makes choco banana more luxurious!
Since it has a stick attached to it, you don't have to worry about your hands getting messy. It's easy to eat, and chocolate and banana can't go wrong no matter what, and isn't it just a blessing treat?

For those of you who are curious how to make a perfect choco banana at home, follow the instructions below!

Ingredients (for 4 people) -
- 2 Big green bananas
- 2 pairs of disposable chopsticks or 4 popsicle sticks
- Chocolate Sprinkles or your choice of toppings
- 70g chocolate
- hot water

Instructions -
1. Cut bananas into half or the size that you favor and put a stick on each banana.
2. Put bananas in the fridge while tempering chocolate
3. Put a bowl of chocolate on hot water (around 60 degrees Celsius)
4. Once chocolate is all melted, check the temperature. If it is under 35 degrees Celsius, it's perfect, so take it off from the heat. (If it goes over 35 degrees Celsius, chocolate doesn't get hardened, so be careful!)
