Ginza Sushi Ichi

Ginza Sushi-Ichi is a high-quality sushi spot in Ginza, which also has addresses in Bangkok, Singapore, and Jakarta.
The sushi is prepared by skillful sushi chefs and is really top-notch!
It's a really small resto, so you'll need to make a reservation.

It's about a 3-minute walk from Ginza station, or about a minute from Ginza-itchome station. The restaurant is very close to Chanel Ginza.

Sushi Ichi is quite a deal for lunch, as it is quite pricey for dinner (between 15,000-30,000 yen), But lunch starts at 4,000 yen! So if you're looking for delicious sushi, but aren't ready to splurge for the dinner course, give the lunch course a try! You won't regret it!!

If you're willing to pay the full price, you'll definitely have an unforgettable experience. We suggest the "omakase" course, this means that you leave it up to the chef to choose for you the dishes you will be served.
One thing you should know about this resto is that they are very particular about the type of fish they buy. Especially the tuna and the sea-urchin. The tuna is wild fresh bluefin tuna bought from one of the top 5 sellers are the fish auction in Tsukiji, and the sea urchin was purchased on the first auction of that day.
The fish is so fresh it will melt in your mouth! #foodgasm
