Spooky Halloween High-Tea Sets At Conrad's Bar and Lounge 28

Bar and Lounge 28 is located on the 28th floor of the Conrad Hotel building which is just a few minutes walk away from the Shimbashi Station or the Shiodome Station.
Until Halloween, the Lounge serves special "spooky and elegant" sets of afternoon tea sweets! Some small savory sandwiches are also included in the set, and if you come on a weekday, you can order an unlimited number of drinks (teas, coffees, and juices)!
The pastries are made by renowned chef Masaki Okazaki. They not only look awesome but they taste great! Different sets are available from 4,500 to 6,650 yen for the Delux Set which also includes a glass of champagne.

Among other things, the sets include ghost macarons, pistachio chocolate tarts, pumpkin bread rolls and a strand blue drink with a syringe. There is a surprise when you squirt the content of it into your shot glass!
From the 28th floor of the building, you get a breathtaking view of Tokyo Bay! This panoramic view alone is worth the go!
