Bear Pond Espresso opened in 2009 thanks to Katsu Tanaka and is already incredibly popular with tourists and locals alike. Everyone is raving about their coffee. They serve an "Angel Stain" coffee, but only in limited numbers until noon!

They have different types of coffee to choose from, such as their signature latte, which is 550 yen. A latte is 400 yen, an Americano is 350 yen.
From the cold coffee beverages, you can get coffee in a jar for 550 yen.
You can also get ground coffee, one of the really popular ones is "Flower Child".

Bear Pond Espresso Souvenirs

If you want to bring back a souvenir for your friends, the mugs are super badass, and their espresso syrup is delish. But there is so much more to choose from!

The owner is quite an interesting and unique character and lives by his own rules. Does his coffee live up to the fuss, give it a try to know for yourself!
