Cafe Orleans

This tiny restaurant serves authentic Cajun cuisine and the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Even if the restaurant is full and the staff is busy, the owner will always stop by to ask if everything is to your liking. That extra attention really doesn't go unnoticed.

Anthony Bourdain who is an avid traveler and renown chef said his favorite city was New Orleans because of its complete uniqueness and distinct flavor! If you aren't familiar with Cajun cuisine, after visiting this restaurant, you'll understand why it's so awesome!
One simply cannot go to a Cajun restaurant and not try Po'Boys, mufulettas or gumbo shrimps.

The seafood platter is generous and incredibly delicious, it comes with fried softshell crab, catfish, oysters, and shrimps with fries/onion rings. It's great for sharing!
The sandwich shown above is jam-packed with ingredients and it's like a party in your mouth because of all the flavors.

Typically, when visiting a Cajun resto, it's almost a crime not finishing the meal with beignets and chicory coffee.

I love travelling and discovering new cuisines. Japan has a panoply of local dishes to try. I also love yoga, coffee, reading, and cycling.
