Yokohama Christmas Market : Enjoy The Beautiful Decorations, Shop And Eat!

Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse Christmas Market (Akarenga Christmas Market) is one of the most popular events during the Christmas season. You can experience the German-style Christmas Market while enjoying the stunning illuminations, shopping, and eating!

Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse is a nice building made of red bricks in Yokohama. It has many small shops and restaurants in it. Every year during the Christmas season, they hold one of the most popular Christmas markets. There are a lot of countless stalls selling various cute Christmas-related goods and food.

How to enjoy

First of all, they display a big Christmas tree decorated with colorful lights and ornaments that you must see. It's a popular spot to take pictures.
Then, you can enjoy looking at every stall that have various cute goods and foods. How about getting a new ornament for your Christmas tree?
You cannot go to this event without trying the delicious foods and beverages! They have a wide selection of hot snacks, mainly German food such as sausages. They also offer mulled wine which will warm you up.
There are also many shopping malls and other forms of entertainment around Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse. It's easy to spend a good amount of leisurely time in the area before or after you go to the Christmas Market. Other spots and buildings will be decorated beautifully as well. They are also worth seeing.
