Bum Bun BLau Cafe with BeeHive is a ramen shop on the 2nd floor of a building located less than a minute walk from the east exit of Hatanodai station. The entrance doesn't look like a ramen shop but like a cute cafe.

The shop is quite spacious and has a relaxing atmosphere. You can choose between counter and table seats.

"White truffle shio ramen"

This is the "White truffle shio (salt) ramen" (850 yen). It looks beautiful and appetizing. You can also smell the elegant flavor of truffle before eating.

Look at the clear soup! It is made from a selected chicken which is cooked for 8 hours. It is light yet has a perfect saltiness and flavors.

You can get a grilled pork belly too. Enjoy the juicy and tender slice of pork with the ramen.

Do you know what it is? It's actually a pickled sprout of Asai, which is slightly vinegary and crunchy.

The noodles are a little green. It is because they use a superfood called "Spirulina" for the homemade noodles. It seems the best ramen for healthy eaters!

Ramen is not the only thing you should try at this ramen shop. Their kakigori (Japanese shaved ice) is also famous and truly must-try! This is "Strawberry Espuma Sauce" (800 yen), which consists of fluffy shaved ice and formed strawberry sauce.

It is refreshing after eating the ramen. The strawberry sauce is rich and the milky flavor and sweetness are added by the condensed milk.


Bum Bun BLau Cafe with BeeHive is definitely one of the must-haves in Tokyo. You will be amazed by the Michelin-awarded elegant ramen with white truffle and healthy ingredients. Don't forget to get the dessert too. Their kakigori is delicious and just melts in your mouth.
I love traveling and eating. My favorites are everything matcha and cheesecakes.
