With A Glass Of Whisky...
"TOKYO Whisky Library" does not only serve whisky but also quality dishes that go well with the drink. This is an A5 (highest) grade wagyu steak which uses a rare part of the beef. It has a rich flavor and taste.
Tender sous-vide wagyu beef slices are topped on rice seasoned with red wine vinegar.
After served on the table, the dome-shaped lid is opened and the smoke comes out, which is exciting to watch. The salmon is fatty and has a nice smoky flavor.
Smoked foods go well with whisky. They serve a plate of 3 kinds of smoked items which vary day to day.
Whisky is added to the creamy spaghetti's sauce, which gives a deep flavor and a bit of bitterness to the dish. The smoked salmon topped on it is also great.
And choose your whisky!
Try some out of these whisky selections! They can make special cocktails for you too if you go to the counter!
