Giant "Manga Niku"!

BACCA GRILL&FARMERS is famous for serving this unbelievably huge piece of meat called "manga niku (niku means "meat")". It is basically a Hamburg steak, made from ground beef and several spices, which is wrapped in slices of pork belly, then grilled for 6 hours.
retina_______
Surprisingly, the meat is as heavy as 5kg. You would better ask many of your friends to come eat it with you. It is 8,980 yen and you need to make a reservation 2 days earlier. The menu is limited to 2 servings each day.

Other menus

You need vegetables along with meat! They offer this beautiful, big fresh vegetable plate. Three dipping sauces come with it so you can enjoy in different ways.
retina________
Aside from the "manga meat", they also offer juicy steaks. They use a selected piece of meat to grill slowly. The beef cut varies day to day.
retina____________
This is "charcuterie" which is a French word for prepared meat products like bacon and ham. The plate has 7 to 10 kinds of such foods that goes well with drinks.
retina__________
For drinks, they offer a nice selection of wine. Also, the "homemade lemon sour" which is made from several herbs and spices is recommended.

Lastly...

If you crave for meat, this restaurant is the best place to go! Juicy giant "Manga meat" will be waiting for you. Don't forget to make a reservation and come with other meat lovers!

I love traveling and eating. My favorites are everything matcha and cheesecakes.
