Himonoya is an izakaya-style restaurant in Shibuya that serves amazing grilled fish dishes in a relaxed and cozy traditional setting. There are some raw options on the menu, but the stars here are the himono. Himono translates to "dried fish," but this really isn't a good way to describe the juicy, rich product that is the result of this traditional method of preparation.

This 18 seat ramen restaurant is located a 10-minute walk from the Shibuya station.
The broth is made from natural ingredients only and we love that! Yes, it's possible, and it makes the ramen taste so much better without that generic monosodium glutamate taste! Art Masashiya even goes a step further by making homemade soy sauce and flavored oil. This joint deserves its rave reviews and critics! The only downside to this ramen place is that it's only open during lunch hours.
Wagyu Horumon Yuji ("Yakiniku" Japanese BBQ)
This yakiniku restaurant is a 15-minute walk from Shibuya Station, and is located near Tokyu Hands. It’s very popular that “Yuji” is the first thing that would come into the locals’ minds when talking about boiled meat innards in Tokyo. However, this highly revered yakiniku restaurant offers other meat aside from boiled meat innards.
This is the boiled meat innards platter which stands out from the barbecue menu of Yuji. This platter has 8 kinds of meat which include fat-filled intestine and rumen sandwich, which has fat meat in between the rumen. This is eaten with a sweet and spicy soy sauce.
