Matcha is high in antioxidants, it helps to boost the immune system, it has calming properties and also detoxes the body. Bearing all of that in mind, wouldn't you like to start your day with matcha too? It's also good when you're feeling a little under the weather, you can jump-start your immune system back to health! Breakfast Matcha Smoothie!

-1 banana
-1 cup of soy milk or almond milk
-1 teaspoon of matcha powder
-1 tablespoon of almond butter
-1 cup of baby spinach
-1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt (optional)

Throw everything in the blender and mix until everything is creamy. You can add the greek yogurt to have an extra creamy texture.

And there you have a very healthy breakfast!

Immune Boosting Matcha Smoothie Shot!

-Juice of 1 lemon
-2 tablespoons of ginger
-1 teaspoon of matcha
-1 stalk of celery

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until all the ingredients are well blended. It will give you about a shot glass full. Bottoms up!

Detox Matcha Smoothie!

-1 cup of fresh pineapple cut into bite-sized pieces
-1 cup of baby leaf kale
-1 cup of sliced cucumbers
-1 cup of coconut water
-1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
-1 teaspoon of matcha

Throw all the ingredients in the blender until it reaches nice and creamy texture.
