Matcha And Almond Cookies Recipe!

For a special occasion or for a special someone, these almond matcha cookies are a very nice gesture. They are easy to make, delicious and, well...matcha! Need I say more?

Matcha and Almond Cookies Recipe!

<Ingredients>
-1 cup of all-purpose flour
-1 tablespoon of matcha
-1/2 cup of softened butter
-1/2 cup of powdered sugar
-a pinch of salt
-1/3 cup sliced almonds.

<Preparation>
1. Sieve the flour, matcha, and salt and mix together with a whisk.
2. Cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until it has an even and fluffy texture.
3. Add the flour mix to the butter mixture slowly on low speed.
4. Add the almonds, one tablespoon at a time.
5. Take the dough and form a long cylinder and wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat the over to 160 degree Celsius.
7. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
8. Cut the dough into 1/4 inch cookies.
9. Bake for 15 minutes.
10. Remove the cookies to cool.
