Matcha Mug Cake Recipe For Those Lazy Days!

How to make delicious a delicious matcha cake in a snap! With just a few simple ingredients and within a few minutes, you got yourself a nice portion of delicious matcha cake!

Matcha Mug Cake

Mug cakes come in very handy when you are craving dessert, but you don't feel like baking a whole cake or you just are not in the mood to bake period. You just mix a few ingredients in a mug, pop into the microwave and in less than 5 minutes, you have a delicious one-serving of matcha cake!

Matcha Mug Cake Recipe

-4 tablespoons of flour
-1 teaspoon of matcha
-1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
-2 teaspoons of sugar
-3 tablespoons of milk
-1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil

1. In a mug, mix the flour, matcha powder, baking powder and sugar until the texture is nice and smooth.
2.Add the milk and oil and whisk until the texture is even. Put in the microwave for a minute on high power.
3. Watch out! It's very hot. Wait until it's cool before enjoying your super quick and delicious cake!
