Easy and Tasty Cheese & Mochi Recipe!

Lazy and tasty snack you could make to have with a nice, cold glass of beer. Great anytime of the year!

Cheese Mochi Recipe

<Ingredients>
-4 pieces of mochi
-1 tbsp of butter
-40g of cheese
-1/2 tsp of soy sauce
-1/2 tsp of mirin
-Shredded nori

<Directions>
1. Cook the pieces of mochi in a frying pan and add the cheese on top. Cook it until the mochi gets soft
2. Add the soy sauce and mirin over the mochi
3. Serve it on a plate while it is hot
4. Add some nori on top to taste
5. Enjoy!

Finally...

And there you have it! Probably the easiest and laziest snack you can make to accompany a glass of beer! It also happens to be super tasty!
