Omurice! オムライス

So what is "Omurice"? It stands for omelet + rice (Japanese people really love abbreviations). You simply wrap chicken rice in an omelet blanket, it's simple and delicious! Let's try it!

Omurice Recipe!

-Chicken rice
-3 eggs
-1 tsp of mayonnaise
-1 tbsp of milk + 1/2 tbsp
-1 tsp of sugar + 1/2 tsp
-1 tbsp of oil
-A few leaves of lettuce
-Some parsley for decoration

1. Prepare the chicken rice
2. Place the lettuce on the plate, and put the chicken rice over it
3. In a bowl, mix in the eggs, the mayonnaise, the milk and the sugar. Don't overmix
4. In a small frying pan over medium heat, add the egg mix all at once
5. Once the outside has hardened a little bit, remove from the heat
6. Slide the omelet off the plate and tuck in the sides over the rice
7. Pour some ketchup and put some parsley for decoration
8. Voila! Enjoy!
