Japanese Iced Coffee Recipe, Ready in a Whim!

Japanese iced coffee is all the rage because of its distinct and strong aroma and the rapidity with which it can be prepared. Japanese people are known for their refined savoir-faire and elegant cuisine, why not try it at home too!

Japanese Iced Coffee Recipe!

<Ingredients>
-30g of ground coffee
-230g of ice cubes
-230g of boiling water
-Cream or milk (to your liking)

<Directions>
1. Fill your cup with ice
2. Boil the water and set a fine filter in the brewer. Set it over the cup with ice
3. Pour 30g of boiling water over the coffee until the coffee beans are saturated. Stir and let the coffee grounds "bloom"
4. Wait until all the water has filtered through, then pour 100g of water, let it pour through and pour the remaining water
5. Voila! Easy, delicious Japanese iced coffee!

Have it black or with a touch of milk or cream, and voila! You have delicious Japanese iced coffee. Fancy another cup? Unlike cold brew, it's ready almost instantly and it has a much stronger aroma that was brought out by the hot water.
