Menya Tenho is A 7-minute walk from Nakano Sakaue station on the Oedo Line and Marunouchi Line, they serve ramen with chewy noodles, umami-filled broth and it is covered in pork fat. Yum! What a delicious guilty pleasure.

The store has a bright and large interior, you can either sit at the counter or at a table. It is rather rare for a ramen shop, but there are even USB ports to plug in your smartphone.

A Completely White Soy Sauce Ramen Covered in Pork Fat!

Soy Sauce Ramen ¥730 + boiled egg (¥100 extra).
The soup appears white because it is covered in pork fat, but it is soy sauce ramen. It comes with beautifully roasted chashu (slices of pork), a soft-boiled egg, bean sprouts, bamboo shots, green onions and nori.

Only Here!

Only at the main shop (in Nakano Sakaue), when you order chashuu, they grill it in the roaster for you. Delicious and perfectly grilled meat to go with your ramen. Yum!
The meat has a delicious grill and umami taste, it is dangerously addictive!
