The store is located a 5-minute walk from the Shinbashi Station's Ginza Exit. It's on a quiet street where you wouldn't expect to find this kind of store.

The inside has somewhat of a warm dining bar vibe with its good many counter seats. But don't let this fool you! You can also go there for lunch on Mondays. This is a little secret about this establishment you definitely should know.

Succulent Foie Gras Donburi (¥1,000)

If you're in the mood for a fancy lunch on a Monday, then this is the place you have to go to. From 11:30, they serve an irresistible donburi that has a thick piece of foie gras alongside chicken tsukune (Japanese meatloaf). What's more, it even comes with a Japanese-style soup called suimono. You might think this kind of dish would be quite hard on your wallet, but it's not the case. The price is just ¥1,000.

Only 30 of these dishes are available a day so better to get there early. The restaurant is open for lunchtime until they run out of it. They Foie Gras Tsukune Don is served on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Monday of the month. On the 2nd and 4th Monday, you can get a Foie Gras Miso Pork Don, which is just as delicious.

Cooked to perfection, look how juicy and tender this foie gras piece looks. It is cooked in a Japanese tare sauce, so it has a deep umami savory and slightly sweet taste on top of that.

The chicken tsukune meatloaf is very juicy, soft and has a nice amount of ginger that adds freshness and goes perfectly well with the dish.
