Asahi Beer

The company building looks like a beer!
Established in 1889, Asahi Beer had been the top-ranked beer company in Japan for decades. Their first beer product "Asahi Beer" was released in 1892 and became a tremendous boom in Japan. Their main product "Asahi Super Dry" which has a very dry and crispy taste was launched in 1987 and became an innovative hit at that time. (Surprisingly even very popular now!)

Nowadays besides the "Super Dry" label, Asahi Beer had been producing various types of beers and also other alcoholic beverages. They even produce products which taste completely like a beer but much healthier than an original beer and several kinds of original craft beers too.

Asahi Super Dry

The most major product which represents the company, Asahi Super Dry. The clear and sharp dry taste is the one and only. In order to keep the quality of the beer, Asahi packs their beer within 3 days once they are produced. Extremely fresh!

Some restaurants and beer bars offer "Super Dry Extra Cold", a special Super Dry which you can enjoy at a temperature below freezing.

There are several kinds of Sumidagawa brewery brands, such as Cologne style (Based in Cologne, Germany) and Stout beer. For the new taste of traditional beer brewery, how about heading ahead to Sumidagawa river?
