Soy Sauce Salmon: Soy Glazed Salmon Recipe!

Tired of eating your salmon simply grilled? If so, how about using some soy sauce to add a Japanese taste to your salmon? Check out the post for a great tasting salmon recipe!

Soy sauce glazed salmon recipe!

Ingredients

-4 salmon slices (If you are in Japan, most of the salmon slices are already salted. make sure to look for the unsalted ones.)

-4 spoons of sake
-2 spoons of soy sauce
-2 spoons of mirin (sweet sake)
-1 spoon of sugar
-Some salt
-Some pepper
-Some sesame
-1 or 2 pieces of butter (optional)

Directions

Step1: Completely wipe the water off the salmon slices and lightly season them with salt and pepper.

Step2: Mix soy sauce, mirin, and sake and make the glazing sauce.

Step3: Heat the pan on medium-fire and grill the salmon from the skin side. After the salmon is half heated, flip it over and grill some more.

Step4: Stop the fire once and pour in the glazing sauce. Heat the pan again and let the salmon glaze. Add some butter if you like to. Sprinkle some sesame.

Step5: Serve the salmon and it's ready to eat!

Instead of salmon slices, any type of fish slices will be finely glazed! Buri, or yellowtail in English, is one of your possibilities.
