Giro Giro Hitoshina 枝魯枝魯ひとしな

Giro Giro Hitoshina is a traditional kaiseki restaurant with a modern spunk. What is unique about this resto is that they offer kaiseki cuisine at a very reasonable price. Kaiseki cuisine is a series of dish carefully presented and served slowly one after the other. Kaiseki cuisine tends to be quite pricey in Japan, but this resto offers a course for about 4,000 yen.
The young and funky chefs wish to introduce traditional Japanese cuisine to a younger audience at a much more reasonable price. The space in itself is tiny and very lively. You should make a reservation to guarantee yourself a spot at this incredible resto!

Menu

This dish was incredibly tender wagyu beef.

The menu changes seasonally according to the available ingredients. Each time you come visit, you might have the chance to try a new delightful course menu!
The dishes are beautifully presented and decorated with the uttermost care.

I love travelling and discovering new cuisines. Japan has a panoply of local dishes to try. I also love yoga, coffee, reading, and cycling.
