Izakaya: Koba

Koba is a really interesting, must-visit bar in Hiroshima! The owner is really friendly and welcoming, and even speaks English well! The bar always has a nice atmosphere and it easy to meet locals and foreigners alike. Although it is more of a bar, they also have delicious food and drinks, you should try the pizza!

Bar & Grill: The Shack

If you are craving Western food and a place to have cheap drinks, this a great place to come have fun with your friends. There is also a pool table you can use for free and a projector. If it's your kind of place, you'll have an amazing time!

Pub: Raku Beer

This pub specializes in Japanese beer, in fact they have a very nice variety of Japanese beers on tap. You can try a pretty elaborate beer flight with beers from all over Japan; beers from Tokyo, Hiroshima, Shizuoka, Nagano, etc! You can also get tasty finger food too.
The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable, great place to hang out with your friends or to relax after a long day of sight seeing!

Wine Bar: Allez-Allez! Du Vin!

If you're in the mood for a nice glass of wine, a nice laid-back atmosphere, and some tasty French food, Allez-allez! Du vins! will be the place for you. The staff are very welcoming and the wine variety is interesting! They serve different regional French specialities, such as crepes or moules (mussels).

Bar: Tropical Bar Revolución

This small bar is run by a friendly Japanese guy who speaks great English and who also makes a mean cocktail! It is filled with foreigners and locals and is a great place to mingle and be social. You'll definitely want to come back during your stay!

Jazz & Blues Bar: Club Cream Hiroshima

Club Cream Hiroshima is a jazz and blues bar which often holds live shows and events. It is reasonably-priced and is a great place to come dance and have fun with your friends. They have European events, DJ sets, live singers, etc.
