Their claim to fame is definitely their ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb butter. They're so fluffy and tasty!

Seala is a buffet in Hilton's Fukuoka Sea Hawk Hotel. Breakfast is 2,500 yen for adults and 1,200 yen for children 6 to 12. If you want a cheap and tasty Japanese breakfast on the go, this is the place to stop in. They sell rice balls with different kinds of rice and different types of filling (tuna, salmon, plums, etc.) You can also have breakfast inside the restaurant and get a nice and filling set with miso and other side dishes. A rice ball is less than 200 yen, and a breakfast set is 600 yen. If you want a healthy and filling, yet cheap breakfast, try this place.
