OTTIMO Seafood Garden オッティモ・シーフード・ガーデン 横浜店
Ottimo Seafood Garden is a popular seafood and Italian restaurant in Yokohama located very near the West Exit of the Yokohama Station.
The resto has a warm ambiance and some private and semi-private rooms ideal that can accommodate groups of 8 to 20.
What's at Ottimo is that they have course meals that are suitable for all kinds of occasions, from casual dining to very special occasions. The prices for the courses start at ¥4,000 which also includes free-flowing alcohol (for 2 to 3 hours depending on the course)! So this place is quite affordable if you intend to have a few drinks. Aside from the seafood, they specialize in Italian cuisine, so wines options here are great.
Their signature dish here is the grilled Canadian lobster (¥3,180 ordered a la carte). It is delivered alive on a daily basis so freshness is guaranteed. The restaurant recommends you have the lobster with their tomato cream pasta.
If you are more of a meat person, rest assured because they serve some very fine meat dishes as well. Cooked on a charcoal fire with some simple seasonings, the meat too here doesn't disappoint.
They also serve pizza a la carte for about ¥1,500. This caper and octopus one is worth the try!
They also have five options of pasta or risotto dishes that are also about ¥1,500. A good choice here is the snow crab or uni (sea urchin) pasta. The resto also recommends their simple yet delicious fresh tomato spaghetti.
Ottimo Seafood Garden is a nice, affordable restaurant you might want to try out if you are in Yokohama! Making a reservation is recommended as the restaurant does get crowded.
