Rota Cafe is a great place to have an organic and vegan lunch as it is conveniently located in Tenjin. The lunch plates are delicious and colourful and the desserts are scrumptious. For lunch, both the curry and the burger are great; and for dessert, the cheesecake is unmistakenly tasty! Lunch is 1,000 yen or less and sweets set with coffee and dessert are 1,000 yen.

Evah Dining Macrobiotic

Macrobiotic Cafe Evah Dining is, you've guessed it, a Macrobiotic restaurant! All the dishes they serve are vegan. The lunch sets are 1,000 yen or less and the course is 2,000 yen.
You can find anything you fancy, from super healthy salad bowls over rice to hamburgers. They also have kids plates so it's also family-friendly.

Hiruneco Shokudo ひるねこ食堂

This cafe serves all-vegan dishes that are soothing for your health and mind. The cuisine focuses on vegetables and serves Japanese and pasta dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and all the dishes are wonderful. Although the restaurant is a little out of the way, it is totally worth the effort! Try the burger or the pizza set!

Maitiighar is a Nepalese restaurant, which is not exclusively vegetarian, but they also have vegetarian, as well as Halal dishes. It can be a great option in order to please a large group of people with different dietary requirements. A curry plate is less than 1,000 yen and comes with different dishes on the same tray so you can a variety of Nepalese tastes. You can ask the chef and he will recommend something you will like.

Daylight kitchen organic isn't exclusively vegetarian, but its concept is to serve healthy foods. The bread is delicious and baked by students at the baking school right above the shop. If you want to load up on vegetables, you should try their salad. Their lunch specials are all 1,200 yen. You can choose between 6 dishes, including a vegan plate.
