Legends Sports Bar & Grill [Roppongi]

Legends is one of the most popular sports bars among foreigners in Roppongi. They play all kinds of sports events from Japan and around the world. If you want a good dose of hearty American foods and have a good selection of drinks, this is a good place to go. The place does get crowded which can be very fun if you are in that mood. They have an option for ¥4,000 that includes free-flowing beer, house cocktails and wine (2-hour plan), and five dishes of your choice.
The bar is located a 5-minute walk from the Roppongi station (exit 3). If you want to see the events for the week check out the schedule from the official website.

Riad リアド [Roppongi]

Looking for a sports bar in the Roppongi area that is sleek and stylish, Riad is a good choice. There are three big monitors in the bar that you can see from any seat. They play the major sporting events of the day. If you want, you can even rent a private room for four people or more. Even though the place looks quite high-end, the food and drinks are surprising not too expensive. You can have a draft beer for ¥800 and most main dishes are less than ¥1,500. They have a wide selection of rare and much more expensive drink options too.
Located a 5-minute walk from the Roppongi station, on a third floor. It's a bit secluded but well-worth the go! You also have a beautiful night view from the sofa seats.

MLB Cafe Tokyo [Tokyo Dome and Ebisu]

Obviously, if you're a baseball fan this is the place to go! The place is packed with baseball memorabilia and is equipped with huge screens to see the games. If you're craving a burger, you can order the "tower cheeseburger", it's 4 cheeseburgers stocked up one on top of the other. Are you brave enough? You can also get NY-style steaks, salads, and finger food (like nachos and fried chicken).
There are two branches: one in Ebisu, and one near the Tokyo City Dome.
The first one is about 8 minutes from Ebisu station. It's right across from Ebisu garden place, so before having a seat at MLB Cafe, you can have a nice walk around the garden place on a nice sunny day.
The second one is walking distance from Suidobashi, right by the Tokyo Dome stadium.

Antonio Inoki Sakaba アントニオ猪木酒場 新宿店 [Shinjuku]

For wrestling fans, this is the place to go! It's themed on the Japanese pro-wrestling legend Antonio Inoki. You can enjoy pro-wrestling on the many monitors of this spacious bar. For major events, they put on other sports too. You can have all kinds of Japanese izakaya foods here but the specialty is Hamburg steaks. If you go on the second Friday of each month, you'll have the chance to see a special comical performance. English menus are available.
This sports bar is located near the south-east exit of the Shinjuku station.

Los Cabos Shinjuku ロスカボス 新宿本店 [Shinjuku]

The screens and projected images here are particularly huge so you get a good view of the game. They play baseball, soccer, rugby, tennis, or whatever is the in-season sport at the moment. This is a Mexican-themed sports bar so they have one of the best selection of tequilas in the city! Another reason why people go there is to play darts. So enjoy some friendly competition while watching sports and having good Mexican foods en drinks.
It's located in the Kabukicho district of Shinjuku. The nearest station is Seibu-Shinjuku, but you can also get there easily from the east exit of the JR Shinjuku station (about 7-minute walk). The place is open until 5 or 6 AM depending on the day of the week.
