A ramen shop like you've never seen one before

A ramen restaurant which claims not to be one, in fact, it doesn't even say "ramen" on the facade of the restaurant.
takesue2
It says on the facade that they strive to be the best restaurant.
If you come here and you feel like you were able to relax and enjoy a nice dinner, they feel like they've accomplished their mission.
takesue3
This mission is also reflected in the interior of their resto.
They have comfortable and well-spaced out chairs so that you can come and have a comfortable and enjoyable meal.

It will feel like an event to see them make the ramen before your eyes

You can never see ramen being made this close in any other shops.

Each gesture is precise and exact, almost as though it were a martial art. It's really impressive to watch the chef prepare the ramen dish.

It looks amazing

Soy sauce ramen 880 yen.

The colour of the broth is very similar to something you can find in Tokyo, but it is very different. The topping is almost all home-made.
takesue12
There are 3 different types of "chashuu": sous-vide cooked beef, sous-vide cooked pork and smoked beef.

There are also 4 kinds of vegetables: greens, bamboo shoots, spring onions and onions.
takesue14
The soup has a soy sauce base, and is also made with chicken broth. It has a nice umami and is really tasty.
takesue17
The toppings are home-made and match so well with the umami-filled broth and the thin noodles.
The smell is sure to tingle your senses and open up your appetite!

Finally...

The restaurant's mission is that you come and eat in a comfortable and relaxing setting and that you leave satisfied.
There are many customers coming from abroad as well who come enjoy their tasty ramen.
Come try it for yourself and see the ramen being made before your eyes!
