Jack 37 Burger: where you can have some of the best hearty burgers in Tokyo!

The joint is located a 4-minute walk from the Kodenmacho station. The place is all about juicy rich burgers that I'll satisfy your most intense cravings with their thick beef patties. Their signature burger is the Balinese Burger in which they put a spicy savoury Malaysian sauce.
The Balinese burger has 13 variations. Also, they have their famous Jack Burger you might want to try! In total, they serve 30 different burgers so you're bound to find something that tickles your fancy.

Super hearty meaty burger with bacon, cheese, loaded with umami

Balinese Bacon Cheese [¥1,400]
Just the look of it will make you excited if you're a burger lover. The buns are kind of dense and the outer crust is a bit hard, which makes for a good texture. The beef patty is quite thick, and on top of it, there is a generous amount of bacon and cheddar cheese. Hold it in one hand and you'll feel the weight of that monster! It's so thick that you might have trouble taking the first bite.
Looking at a cross-section of the burger, you'll notice that the beef patty is cooked medium rare. It's really dense and almost has a tender steak kind of texture. There isn't much fat in it too. All the savoury taste comes from the red meat.

They use an irresistibly good Malaysian sauce that is slightly spicy. It adds just the right accent to the richness of the cheese and bacon.

Jack Burger

Jack Burger [¥1,250]
The Jack Burger is one of their most popular items. It comes with a fried egg and cheddar cheese as toppings. The rich egg yolk just makes everything blend together so smoothly and the spicy sauce adds that little zing you crave for when you're eating a burger.

Cilantro Burger

Balinese Pakuchi Burger [¥1,300]
If you want something that tastes like something fresh and summery, try the cilantro Balinese Pakuchi Burger! It has some avocado and cilantro guacamole and some mozzarella cheese as a special topping. This one is quite popular with women patrons according to the shop owner.

When you're looking for a homemade, original hearty burger in Tokyo, don't forget Jack 37 Burger! Just one burger should satiate your hunger. The menu has so many good options that you might end of going there a little too often. You've been warned.
