If you're a craft beer connoisseur, you should stop by Schmatz for some good German and local craft beer. If you don't know what to get, you can get the beer tasting set, you get three beers of your choice for 1,100 yen. You can go for some German classics, such as schnitzel or sausages. You can also get pizza, pasta or risotto, and even delicious burgers.


CONA is a nice Italian restaurant in Kawasaki, where you can easily go with a large group of friends. In fact, if you call to make a reservation, you and 59 of your close friends can ask for one of their course menus. They start at around 3,000 yen. You can also order a la carte and pizza is only 500 yen!

Indian Restaurant Shaghun

Shaghun is an exception Indian cuisine restaurant. They serve South Indian and North Indian dishes, so if you aren't familiar with either one of them, it's a great place to try. Cactus Burrito serves authentic SO-CAL cuisine in a fun and welcoming space. The staff consists of two very friendly people who are attentive to your order and dietary restrictions. If you're looking for an in and out sort of place, this is the not the place. However, if you're looking a place to enjoy great food and to chill out for a bit with a small group of friends, you should definitely check it out. They have an extensive menu with a list of carefully selected tasty dishes.

Genki Sushi

Genki Sushi Shibuya has over 60 sushi dishes priced at ¥100, and more special sushi dishes priced all under ¥450. It is popular for its affordability and the diversity in the type of sushi they offer. You can order your sushi on a tablet placed at the table, and your sushi will come right in front of you within a few minutes by an "express train." It's a great place for a quick and cheap meal!
