Fake Meat?

For health or environmental reasons, fake meat has had an explosive popularity around the world lately. You can notice this trend, especially in the US, with the growing number of companies developing fake meat products and the number of individuals consuming them.

You don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to appreciate this fake meat trend. In Japan, soybeans are used to make fake meat and the resemblance is so striking you might even confuse the two. Because of its high nutritional value and its low calorie content, it is a very popular product!
