Blue Seal Ice Cream
Blue Seal Ice Cream is a brand that was born in America and that got very successful in Okinawa. It started in 1948 and is a hit ever since! They have tons of flavour to choose from aside from the classic vanilla, strawberry and chocolate; How about Tiramisu, Royal Milk Tea, or Blue Wave Sherbet? Don't blame us if you get hooked though!

Baskin Robbins
Baskin Robbins is known as 31 (Thirty One) in Japan, and it is very popular among all ages! They have various only-in-Japan flavors in Japan, such as vanilla, love portion 31, very very strawberry, popping shower, strawberry cheesecake, rum raisin, orange sorbet, Uji matcha, red bean, cookie and cream, Rocky Road and many more!
COLD STONE
Cold Stone Creamery originated in Arizona, USA. They are famous for making the ice cream on a cold stone that is -9℃, where they mix various toppings inside the ice cream! And...they will sing for you while making it! They have a variety of ice creams and toppings to choose from, what is more, the stores located in Japan have Japan-limited flavours like matcha flavour that you can only enjoy when you are here! There are many Cold Stone stores located all over Japan!
Yukisio Soft Ice cream
This store is in fact... a salt shop! Yep, they specialize in salt, mainly from Miyakojima Island. They have so many varieties, such as green tea or yuzu salt which you can use as a topping for the vanilla ice cream. Although it may sound like an unlikely combination, think of salty caramel from France and how it brings out the rich creaminess of the caramel. Same can be said for the vanilla ice cream!
Edelweiss Okinawa
Edelweiss is a famous pastry shop, chocolatier and ice cream shop in Okinawa. They have really excellent high-quality ice cream. It's even better if you have it in-store as a parfait! They are a bit under 1,000 yen.
