Shunsai is the only traditional Japanese of the Hotel. It's one of the best around the Shibuya Station for kaiseki cuisine. Kaiseki is a style where you get many small dishes as part of a set meal. They serve traditional breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. For kaiseki cuisine, you are likely to be served sushi and sashimi, grilled fish chawanmushi (savoury custard dish) and all kinds of small, delicate dishes that are made of seasonal vegetables.
