Coucagno is on the 40th floor of the hotel so you have a stunning view of the city from its large windows. For lunch, you can expect to pay around ¥6,000 for a meal of 5 services of fine Provence style French cuisine. Every plate is a pure delight for all the senses. For a meal of this quality at this price, it's difficult to find a better place in Tokyo.
Caramelo on the first floor is a much more casual restaurant where you can enjoy reasonably-priced foods of mostly western cuisine. It has a spacious and comfortable interior with a nice view of the garden. It's particularly popular for its breakfasts. During the summertime, for a true Japanese-style treat, try their kakigori (shaved ice) special sets.
Kanetanaka is a restaurant on the second floor where you can have washoku (Japanese traditional cuisine) and kaiseki cuisine. Kaiseki is arguably the most visually impressive kind of Japanese cuisine. It consists of many small dishes of mostly fish and vegetables. Every piece is artfully made and thought out to harmonize with the rest. You should notice many seasonal references on your plates when you enjoy a kaiseki feast at Kanetanaka.
Zabo is a fancy cafe on the 1st floor where you can enjoy some amazing afternoon tea sets. For the quality you get, the cake sets are not that expensive (around ¥2,000). If you feel like having something savoury, they also have deluxe sandwich sets too.
JZ Brat SOUND OF TOKYO
JZ Brat is a famous Jazz Dining bar inside the hotel on the 2nd floor. While you enjoy live concerts, you can enjoy exquisite foods and drinks.
