Tempura Fukamachi (てんぷら 深町)

Fukamachi Tokyo is a Michelin restaurant which serves impossibly delicious tempura dishes.
What sets Tempura Fukamachi apart from other tempura restaurants is the way the tempura is fried, the batter used and what it is fried in. The batter is thin and very light in order to give the leading role to the delicious and fresh ingredients. Second, it is fried in two different fryers set at different temperatures, one for vegetables and the other for seafood. Lastly, it is fried in sesame oil which gives it its distinct and incredible flavour.
Lunch is ¥10,000~¥14,999; dinner is ¥20,000~¥29,999

Chez Inno (シェ・イノ)

Chez Inno is an exquisite French restaurant run by Chef Inoue. It is a great place to entertain clients for lunch, and a great date spot for dinner. This resto is said to be one of the best French restaurants in Tokyo. They serve top-notch, refined French cuisine which is also beautiful in its presentation.
Lunch is ¥6,000-¥12,000, and dinner is ¥16,000- ¥22,000.

Ushigoro (焼肉 うしごろ)

Ushigoro is also on the pricey side, but it is well worth the go if you are willing to pay up to ¥10,000 for a special occasion. This is the pinnacle in terms of quality of meat. They serve selected wagyu (Japanese controlled cattle breed) of A5 quality (the highest there is). Full dinner courses are all served with some wagyu sashimi and many types of yakiniku cuts. You also get a noodle or rice main dish and a dessert at the end.

Ichiyanagi (すし家 一柳)

Sushi Ichiyanagi is also a 1-star Michelin restaurant in Tokyo. This will definitely be an unforgettable experience as the cuisine is impeccable and so is the service. The lunch omakase course is between ¥5,000-¥15,000, and the dinner omakase course is between ¥10,000-¥15,000.

Vesta (ウェスタ)

Vesta is a classy European-style steakhouse near Tokyo Station that specializes in French cuisine as well. The restaurant prides itself on using the absolute best wagyu, including Kobe beef, that it carefully selects. The meat is very slowly grilled on umabe oak charcoal which is said to bring out the most amazing qualities of the meat. Wine is also an important part of the experience. It is served in the most delicate Japan-made glasses. The restaurant only opened in 2015, but it has already been widely praised by connoisseurs. Expect to pay around ¥30,000. Vesta is located a 2-minute walk from the Nihonbashi Station.
