Menu

The restaurant prides itself on serving healthy cuisine made with simple, yet high-quality ingredients. For example, the mussels are shipped directly from Canada without being frozen and the lamb is from Iceland. These two ingredients are used a lot in the menu, and can rarely be found at other restos.

Boiled mussels, M size ¥1,480; L size ¥2,280 (taxes included)
The mussels dish is one of their recommended dishes. It's cooked acqua pazza style with only salt, which really brings out the natural taste of the mussels. This dish is perfect for around 3-4 people.

Breaded lamb chops, 2 pieces ¥1,880 (taxes included)
The lamb is coated with an onion and mushroom Duxelles and also herb panko. The sweetness of the onion really comes through, as well as the mushroom flavour, and the panko deepens the umami taste.

Lamb chops, 2 pieces ¥1,880; 4 pieces ¥3,480 (taxes included)
The distinctive point of this dish is how tender it is! The lamb chops are cooked tied up together which really brings out the taste and tenderness of the meat. It's simply seasoned with salt, rosemary and balsamic sauce.

Sous-vide cooked shoulder carpaccio, ¥1,080 (taxes included)
The roast lamb is particularly tender and juicy and is covered with watercress. The lamb itself is served as is, and the salad has a soy sauce and olive oil dressing.

Roast pork salad, ¥980 (taxes included)
The pork was cooked at a low temperature for a long period of time. It's particularly tender and served with a homemade vegetable dressing and the meat is simply served with salt.
