Nalu Cafe, AKA Cafe 76, has an interesting concept, the first floor is a cafe and the basement is a hair salon. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is great and cheap: lunch is between ￥900-￥1300, and you can even have free soup and rice refills. It's a nice, trendy place to have dessert and coffee as well.
Aoyama Flower Market TEA HOUSE
About 10 minutes from Meijijingu-Mae station, this is one of the most beautiful cafes you can visit. Here you will be eating while surrounded by delightful flowers as though you were in the middle of a garden. We recommend going outside of peak hours if you want to avoid the queue.
They serve delicious herbal tea and desserts. Not only are they delicious, but the presentation is beautiful. Dessert sets are between ¥7,00 and ¥1,000. They also have lunch and dinner.
