For a good burger in Tokyo, you can't go wrong with Brozers'. They have two locations in the city. One in Jimbocho, which is the original, and one in Shinjuku.
Located at a 4-minute walk from the Ningyocho station or the Hamacho station.
The Shintomi location is not too far from Ginza. The nearest station is the Shintomi station, but it is within a walking distance from the Ginza or Tsukiji areas.

Soft Butter Bun, Fresh Lettuce, And 100% Beef Patty.

The buns made with butter are grilled until they are slightly hard and fragrant. Japanese buns and breads are usually very soft and chewy so you'll feel the difference in texture if you've become accustomed to Japanese burgers.
To make the hand-made patties, they used mainly Aussie beef to which they add some fat from Japanese beef. Aussie beef tends to be more lean and Japanese beef is known for its high-fat content with delicious umami. The combination of both creates the perfect succulent burger beef patty.
The lettuce and other veggies are reliably fresh. As a signature trait, the lettuce is always served folded inside the burger. Every burger has at least lettuce, onions, tomatoes and mayonnaise, and you can customize your burger by order extra toppings for a little more.
There are many types of burgers to choose from, and they have a menu in English. Prices range from about ¥1,150 to ¥1,500.
Every burger order comes with fries and onion rings.
Burgers are overwhelmingly the most popular item to order, but you can also have some other things at Brozers' such as hot dogs or sandwiches.
