Feel free to follow favy!

A tapioca bar at SHIRONONIWA?

Directly connected to Ebisu Station, on the 8th floor of the Atre West building, you will find bistro SHIRONONIWA. This bistro is particularly popular with women and here, you can enjoy the tapioca bar.
But what is a tapioca bar??

Lunch + ¥300 for all-you-can-eat dessert & all-you-can-drink soft drink

This is the much talked about tapioca bar.
When you order from the lunch menu, if you pay ¥300 more, you can also have access to the all-you-can-eat tapioca dessert bar, as well as the all-you-can-drink soft drink bar.

For the dinner course menu, the tapioca dessert bar is included.

You can create an original tapioca dessert!

At the tapioca bar, of course, there is tapioca, but there are also 13 different kinds of ingredients you can add, such as coconut milk and fruits.
So you can make your own dessert with all your favourite ingredients.

The best part is there is no time limit!

There are 3 kinds of tapioca, from black to colourful ones

There are 3 types of tapioca balls to choose from: colourful, black and white.

The suggested way to eat the dessert is to first put fruits in a dish, then the tapioca, and finally the tapioca milk or red coconut milk.

You can add fruits, mochi or even super foods!

There are different types of fruits, such as mixed berries, mango, orange and grapefruits.
Along with tapioca, there is also "shiratama", a kind of small mochi ball.
There are some chia seeds too, a super super food!

You can change the ingredients and enjoy a whole new dessert

These are some examples of desserts you can create.
The chewiness of the tapioca goes so well with the coconut milk.
And if you change the fruits, you can enjoy a whole new dessert.

You can add as much tapioca as you like and you can enjoy it as many times as you'd like!

This spacious bistro has a large terrace where you can enjoy beer gardens that a lot of people really enjoy.
If you come for the beer garden course, you can also enjoy their tasty tapioca bar as a set. Come to try it out for yourself.
