This shabu shabu consists of South Kyushu pork. Once your ingredients are cooked, dip them in a refreshing grapefruit vinegar, sesame paste and slightly salty light soy sauce to see which flavor you love!

From the outside, it looks like an elegant Feng Shui building with an artsy spirit!
It is located very close to the Nagoya train station.

2. Shabu Ananishi

This shabu shabu has good beef tongue that are a little crunchy!
You can roll the vegetables in the beef tongues, and then dip the beef tongues in soup and simmer softly until they are cooked. The contrast in the texture of the cooked vegetables and the crunchy beef tongues is really nice.

I highly recommend this place for great beef tongues!

3. Imahan

The most popular meal option here is Sukiyaki, but the shabu shabu is also a great choice.
You can enjoy Kuroge Wagyu here, which is a kind of Japanese cattle that is very famous for its good taste. The Kuroge Wagyu was indeed delicious, and I especially recommend the beef shoulder cuts dipped in soy!

What's more, the dining space is very beautiful because the restaurant is located on a 41st floor so you have an amazing view!

4. Shabuyo

The beef was beautifully marbled wagyu and the sashimi that came along with it, as well as the vegetables, were all fresh and incredibly tasty.
The cost for one person is ¥3500. You can try six kinds of dashi (dipping sauce)!
This restaurant is of really good quality yet the price is not so high so I really recommend it.

5. Ikka Shabu Shabu

In individual rooms, you can eat as much as you want for ¥3,500. Yes, there's an all-you-can-eat course!
The shabu shabu soup has a very tangy taste. You can order fruits and vegetables, and the meat is very fresh and tasty too.

Add garlic to give the soup a wonderful aroma. I highly recommend eating the savory pork together with the crunchy, fresh green onions! Another special characteristic of the restaurant’s shabu-shabu is the soba dipping sauce.
