Shogun Burger In Kabukicho Shinjuku For Massive Cheesburgers!
Looking for a hearty cheeseburger? Then head to Kabukicho if you happen to be in Shinjuku! There you'll find a new restaurant called Shogun Burger serving some of Tokyo's heartiest burgers!
Feel free to follow favy!
Shogun burger opened its doors in Shinjuku Kabukicho on October 29, 2018! It is a burger joint managed by a popular yakiniku chain restaurant called House Dai Shogun.
The number one choice at the restaurant is the double cheeseburger (¥1,400, +¥350 with fries and drink). It has two beef patties between which there are two slices of cheddar cheese.
The beef patties are of great quality because they are 100% wagyu beef!
They are cooked "smashed-style" according to the restaurant. This means that they are pressed on the iron cooking surface so that the excess juices ooze out, leaving a more concentrated savoury taste in the patty.
The buns are housemade to match perfectly with the beef patties. They are soft and grilled lightly pressed on the cooking iron plate before being served.
You can see the generous amount of meat and the melting cheese from between the patties. That's what a real cheeseburger should look like!
A Whopping 550g Tripple Cheeseburger!
For even more epic, try the triple cheeseburger which comes served with a knife on top of it, as if a samurai had planted his sword into it. As the name implies, this one has three beef patties and three slices of cheese in between the buns.
Give It A Try!
Next time you're in the Kabukicho district of Shinjuku, you should give it a try. It's a really popular restaurant that often stays full until 9 PM. We introduced the burgers today but you can also have great steak there.
