Tajimaya is a yakiniku restaurant in Kobe which serves Kobe beef. Can you imagine having yakiniku for only ¥3,000? Even locals who visit the restaurants many times are still amazed at how affordable it is.

Kobe Brando-Tei (神戸ブランド亭)

Kobe Brando-Tei is a quaint Japanese cafe which serves Japanese style hamburgers. One of their most popular menu items is the Kobe beef hamburg steak. ¥2,500 for Kobe beef is quite a steal!

Kobe Gyudon Hiroshige (神戸牛丼 広重)

Kobe Beef Hiroshige looks like a luxury Japanese restaurant but is more than affordable! You can enjoy food in a relaxing and traditional Japanese atmosphere.
The most popular dish is the beef gyudon which is a bowl of rice topped with Kobe beef and some greens. You can also get a raw egg on the side. You can choose the size from regular or large serving.

Bidoro is a yakiniku restaurant which is very particular about the ingredients they serve, and most importantly of the meat they use for the BBQ/ hot pot. They use Kobe beef, but it is surprisingly affordable!

You can try their famous hot pot which can be eaten with a spicy soup or a miso-based soup. You can choose the type of meat and vegetables you would like to have, and of course Kobe beef is among the choices.

There are some BBQ courses to choose from as well. For varying prices, you can choose to have a selection of Kobe beef and Japanese black cattle beef, or strictly Kobe beef.

Can you imagine Kobe beef for about ¥1,000? Outside of Japan, that is simply unthinkable so best enjoy la creme de la creme while you are in the original region.

The ramen prepared here is topped with exquisite Kobe beef and you can also choose between different broths, such as soy sauce or salt. You can also ask for a larger meat portion for an extra.
