re:Dine GINZA, Japan's First Shared Kitchen Restaurant

re:Dine GINZA is a shared kitchen restaurant, the first of its kind in Japan. It's located near the C8 Exit of Ginza Station. It opened on January 17th, 2019, and for its first line-up of chefs, you'll be able to enjoy everything from modern French cuisine to high-end ramen.

Some of the superb dishes being served for the opening

Italian Seafood Pasta (¥2,500)
This Italian style seafood pasta by Chef Matsuyama is probably unlike anything you've seen before. Beautifully presented and delectable, it's made from Marine Stewardship Council certified sustainably fished seafood.
Beef Grilled Directly Over Fire (¥3,000)
This carefully selected beef of high quality is cooked directly over the fire so that the rich natural flavours get locked in. It's accompanied by some mountain vegetables, Madagascar black pepper and a luxurious kind of salt from Spain.

Voting system

There is a voting system at re:Dine that lets you vote for your favourite chefs and dishes.

Chef rankings are then calculated based on the votes they receive and also in part based on the sales their cuisine generated.

The rankings are established for a fixed period and the chef that reaches number one graduates from re:Dine with the confidence that their cuisine is well appreciated and could possibly be the basis for a successful independent restaurant.

On the other hand, chefs that do not receive many votes and that have a poor ranking are changed periodically as well, hence ensuring that you'll discover new culinary creations every time you go to re:Dine GINZA.
