Itamae Sushi pride themselves for having high-quality tuna for affordable prices all year round.
They have consistently received great reviews, and were awarded the Certificate of Excellence in 2017.
Customers rave about their friendly, English speaking staff and their accommodating service.
The menu is quite extensive, offering a wide variety of fresh seafood that they receive daily from Toyosu market.
Besides the food, Itamae also holds a live tuna-cutting show where a chef will carve an over-100kg tuna fish into the freshest sushi. Witnessing a giant tuna getting sliced into pieces has become one of the most popular tourist attractions of their restaurants!

The Food

Their menu is so extensive you'll get lost in all the delicious options they offer.
For nigiri, for example, you can choose from tuna, salmon, squid, octopus, scallops, sea urchin, and even beef!
You can order one by one to the sushi chef or you can get a set starting from 360 yen!
Itamae also offers makimono, rolls, donburi, and even kids menu.
Their most famous sushi combo (picture) is the Fresh Bluefin Tuna Sushi Combo, consisting of 2 pieces of Kama-toro fatty tuna, 3 pieces of fatty tuna, 5 pieces of fresh bluefin tuna, 1 minced tuna roll, minced tuna with pickled radish (with soup and salad included), for 2,480 yen!
Itamae Sushi's most popular branches are in Akasaka, but you can also find their restaurants in Ginza, Kofu, Shinjuku, Shimbashi and Ueno!
